told me that the 'Spot Healing Brush Tool' on top of the Clone stamp works better to clean up spots. Thanks. It does. 
Not really a tutorial, just some process.
Some people asked me how to clean up the sketches I post here. These are the basic methods I usually used to edit the scanned images. ;3; Not sure if this helpful or not.
Put to scrap later.
